PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE ACCESSING THE PHONOLAND.COM SITE. BY ACCESSING THE PHONOLAND SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS THE PHONOLAND SITE.
"This site" and "PhonoLand.Com" and and "www.PhonoLand.com" and "PhonoLand" etc. in this document will refer to the PhonoLand Site (address: http://www.phonoland.com/), built by Marcel P. Smits (owner of the copyrights) and maintained by Marcel P. Smits (NL).
"Posting" and "Postings" refers to forms that are submitted, including message postings, guestbook postings, reply postings etc.
"Third-Party" refers to companies and authors other than M.P. Smits and PhonoLand.Com.

The copyrights of the "look" and "feel" of THE PhonoLand SITE are also reserved by M.P. Smits. This includes color combinations, button shapes, layout and all other graphical elements. YOU MAY NOT MODIFY, COPY, REPRODUCE, REPUBLISH, UPLOAD, POST, TRANSMIT, OR DISTRIBUTE, IN ANY MANNER, THE MATERIAL ON THIS SITE, INCLUDING TEXT, GRAPHICS, CODE (INCLUDING HTML, HTMLSCRIPT, MIVA AND ALL OTHER CODE) AND SOFTWARE. This copyright does not supersede any copyrights that may exist in third-party programs, third-party files, or third-party file descriptions that are indexed on the PhonoLand Site and presented by phonoland.com.
3. Downloading Software. You can download third-party software that PhonoLand indexes on it's site, but please remember that PhonoLand does not create, endorse, or sponsor that software. PhonoLand can not be held responsible for any incorrect information about third-party software. If you download any third-party
materials that PhonoLand indexes or supports, you do so completely at your own risk. If you plan to download any software, please be sure to read the copyright, licensing and other information about the software first. There are inherent dangers in the use of any software available for downloading on the Internet, and phonoland.com cautions you to make sure that you completely understand the potential risks before downloading any of the software. 4. Public areas (for example the forum). PhonoLand can not be held responsible for the
contents of forum messages, guestbook entries, user added links, or any other content which can be added by a visitor of this site to this site directly. You agree to grant PhonoLand.Com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license, (including, without limitation, ideas contained therein for new or improved products and services) for any information or text you submit to any public areas of this site.
By posting on the forum you agree that you have read and accepted our forum usage terms and conditions (can

5. Statistics and voting.
You agree that the results of all types of statistics (including vote statistcs, apps statistics etc.) on this Website may not be 100% accurate. You also agree that you will not, on purpose, try to influence statistics by for example, voting more than allowed (voting is allowed only once per interactive question).
6. Miscellaneous You agree that when you access PhonoLand you will read the information at your own risk, you will follow links at your own risk, you will view the site at your own risk, you will never violate these terms and conditions and copyright notices. You also agree that PhonoLand can always remove messages and entries from the message boards and all other areas of this site where a visitor has the ability to post something. You also agree that you will not use adult language in these areas, not use rude language in these areas, not spam these areas, not use any other unacceptable language. You also agree that you will not abuse functions such as dead URL reports, version updates etc. We reserve the right to exclude anyone from any area or all areas of this site and other sites built by the author of this site if we find it necessary. You also agree that PhonoLand can never be held responsible for the contents of postings in areas where a visitor has the possibility to post something directly to this site (including, for example,
the Message Boards and all other similar areas). You also agree that we can not be held responsible if a posting or part(s) of a posting becomes corrupted or damaged due to problems in or with our software or database(s). You agree that the results of the PhonoLand vote system may not be 100% accurate. You also agree that you will not, on purpose, vote more than one time on the same Interactive Question.
