Model numbers don't tell you much of anything. Remove the back and start looking for some date stickers on the radio chasis and/or amplifier, if they are separate. You may see something like "10/65" (October, 1965). There may also be stickers or large numbers stamped on the separate sections i.e., Radio Chasis R207-01-20, Amplifier A575-02-02, Turntable W620-01-01.

Those numbers will help you find the correct Sam's Photofact schematic which will list all the parts and maybe several cartridges that could be used. Each section (radio, amp, phono) is a separate entity and will have its own schematic. However, each schematic can cover many units since the differences are very subtle. I have two identical consoles, but they have completely different recievers/amps and the turntables are slightly different. That's why you need the numbers off those sections to find what you need. That 1P3714 number is no help at all. Just my two cents. --BB
